The Church as Social Space, Fearing the Right Things, and the Consequences of Designer Babies
On this episode, Pastor Brian and Pastor Josh start with a conversation about the importance of viewing church as a place to be social. Next, in light of recent air travel tragedies, they look at our tendency toward fear and how to differentiate between helpful and unhelpful fear. Then, they look at new research showing the rash of mental health challenges that so-called 'designer babies' are having and explore what that says about our efforts to eliminate inconvenience from our lives.
