We recognize that making meaningful friends can be challenging, especially if you are new to the area or new to the church. With that in mind, we created Start.

Start is a six-week, on-campus small group experience designed to help you strengthen your faith and find your people.

Each week, we’ll hear each other’s stories, have meaningful conversations about Jesus, and grow together as a community.

Everyone is new at the same time, so there’s no awkward “everybody knows one another” dynamic, and low-cost childcare is available, too. One of Bridgeway’s hopes is that after six weeks, your group will be ready to continue meeting together as a Community Group.

If you’re able to take the Practicing the Way: Reclaiming Community class, it can be a meaningful complement to this experience. Reclaiming Community helps you explore what biblical community looks like and how God designed us to grow together, giving you a strong foundation as you step into forming new relationships through Start.
