e3 Partners Ministry has been equipping believers, evangelizing, and establishing reproducing churches in over 60 countries for more than 30 years. Through both long-term workers and short-term mission trips, e3 focuses on reaching unreached people groups with the gospel. Bridgeway first connected with Pastor Marat through e3 after he served as a translator on a short-term trip, during which he came to faith in Christ. Since then, Marat has faithfully served as our in-country partner in Russia and Central Asia, coordinating and preparing for teams while tutoring English to support his family. For over a decade, Bridgeway has partnered with Marat through prayer, financial support, and mission teams to advance the gospel together. To learn more about E3 Partners, please click here.

Have questions about missions? Start here!
No! We need people to pray for our partners, to pray for the teams going out to serve, we need people to help us with fundraising and gathering supplies for the trips, and for those who feel called, we need people to financially support the teams. There are so many ways to get involved in global missions at Bridgeway, and not all of them require you to travel!
Deciding to participate in a mission trip is a commitment that requires time, energy, and effort. You will be required to participate in training (at least 6 meetings with your team before travel) to ensure you are prepared for cross-cultural ministry, fundraising the full amount required to go, traveling with your team and serving for the full 1-2 weeks in country, and finally, participating in an intentional debrief when you return to the US.
Amazing! We have several trips we offer for people with varying levels of international and missions experience, and we’ll help you figure out which one is right for you. If you enter with an open heart and a flexible spirit willing to serve in any way that is asked of you, you will have plenty of opportunities.
Nope, although it always helps if you do! All of our trips will have access to translators, so you will be able to navigate the country and communicate with our partners. However, we do encourage all of our participants to at least start learning basic phrases in the local language to make an effort to communicate with our partners and those we are going to serve.
Of course! There is a wide variety of needs across our various partnerships, and we always need people with special skills to come serve cross-culturally. Let us know how you are gifted, and we will make sure you get to use those gifts to partner in God’s mission.
Both! Some of our trips are limited to only adult participation, but several are open to students and people of all ages, allowing you to serve together as a family. Look out for upcoming trips that are described as “family-friendly” to find opportunities where your kids can serve alongside you as well.
