Soul Care Classes, Workshops & Groups

Short context for what this page is for
Classes

Our skills groups and classes are psychoeducational in nature and are led by trained professional therapists. While not therapy groups, they offer a structured and supportive environment to learn practical tools for emotional, relational, and spiritual growth.

Each class encourages reflection, conversation, and collaboration around meaningful topics. Rooted in evidence-based practices and aligned with our faith values, these classes are designed to be a helpful stepping stone on your journey toward health and wholeness.

Process Therapy Group

Our process therapy groups are facilitated by licensed mental health professionals who create a safe, respectful, and confidential space for participants to explore their inner lives, relationships, and faith journey. These groups are intended to be a meaningful and transformative part of your path toward emotional, relational, and spiritual wellness.

Unlike classes or workshops, process therapy groups focus less on structured teaching and more on the lived experiences and interactions of the group members. Each session is shaped by what participants bring to the space—whether that’s personal challenges, life transitions, or spiritual questions.

The therapist serves as a skilled guide and facilitator, helping foster honest dialogue, emotional safety, and deeper self-awareness. The heart of the group lies in the shared process: listening, offering support, and growing together in community. Over time, members often find healing and insight not only through their own contributions, but also by engaging with the stories and perspectives of others.

Mental Health Workshops

Our mental health workshops are short-term, focused learning experiences led by trained professional therapists. These workshops integrate clinical insight with faith-based perspectives to address key topics relevant to emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being.

Typically offered over the course of a day or a weekend, workshops are designed to educate, inspire, and open up meaningful conversations around important themes in our individual mental health journeys. They provide a unique opportunity to explore specific areas of growth and need in a supportive, faith-integrated environment—bridging practical tools with deeper personal reflection.
