MITCH ANDREWS

Elder

Mitch and his family have attended Bridgeway since 2014, and Mitch joined the Elder Board in 2020. Mitch also serves as a leader of the Caring for Uganda Missional Community. He and his wife are Marriage Mentors in the Bridgeway Marriage Mentoring ministry, and Mitch is also a board member and missions coordinator for Yaaka Afrika missions to Uganda.

Mitch is married to Janell, three children and five grandchildren. He served in the US Army from 1984 to 1987. He graduated from the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Academy in 1990, holds his B.S. in Criminal Justice in 1998 from the Union Institute, and retired from the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office as a Lieutenant in 2018. Mitch is currently working as a Reserve Deputy for the Sheriff’s Office and enjoys the privilege of helping members of the public in need.

Aside from work and serving at Bridgeway Mitch enjoys woodworking, being outdoors, camping and spending time with his grandchildren.
